Booking Policy
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your chosen treatment is required to secure your appointment.
- The remaining balance is due on the day of your treatment.
- Package deals require full payment upfront to confirm your booking.
- Late arrivals may result in shortened service time.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice.
- Packages must be used within the agreed timeframe of 6 months and are non-transferable.

How do I book an appointment?
You can book your appointment directly through our online booking form above. Simply select your preferred treatment, choose a convenient date and time, and provide your contact details. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment, with the remaining balance due on the day of your treatment. All deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future appointment with at least 24 hours notice.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred time slot, especially for weekends and evenings. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings when possible. For treatment packages or special occasions, booking 3-4 weeks ahead ensures the best availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the deposit. We understand that emergencies happen, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment. Your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment if cancelled with proper notice.
What should I do to prepare for my treatment?
Preparation varies by treatment type. Generally, we recommend staying hydrated, avoiding heavy meals 2 hours before your appointment, and wearing comfortable clothing. For body contouring treatments, avoid applying lotions or oils on the treatment area. We'll send you specific preparation instructions when you book, and our team will guide you through everything during your consultation.
Can I book multiple treatments in one session?
Yes! Many of our treatments can be combined for enhanced results. Popular combinations include lymphatic drainage with wood therapy, or cavitation with radio frequency. When booking online, you can select multiple treatments, or contact us directly to discuss the best combination for your goals. We'll ensure adequate time is allocated for your complete treatment plan.
Do you offer treatment packages?
Yes, we offer various treatment packages that provide better value for multiple sessions. Packages must be used within 6 months of purchase and are non-transferable. Contact us to discuss which package would be most suitable for your wellness goals. Package bookings can be made by calling us directly or mentioning your interest in the booking form comments.
